Pros

Great office space with views and the company provides food and beverages for employees.

Cons

Management style is horrible. Office management is more obsessed with finding things employees are doing wrong than doing her job. Checking garbages to see if you are eating at your desk(not allowed) and many other crazy things. I was sick for one day and a manager requested a doctors note. I asked her to show me company policy that says you need a drs note after one absence. New York state law says otherwise. She could not provide but pushed for note. I reached out to HR about it and was let go the next day. Great culture/employee and great perks.... bad management.

Pros

Great leadership, incredible colleagues and great vision

Cons

Not really much, probably not the right fit if you are trying to pass days/do the same work without trying to innovate, learn, and grow.

Pros

$17 daily DoorDash credit. Free food in the pantry.

Cons

I joined the company before the planned IPO during a period of high optimism and strong morale. However, following the withdrawal of the IPO, I observed a noticeable decline in culture, employee morale, and clarity of direction. In my experience, there was a lack of visible leadership and communication at a time when employees were looking for guidance, which contributed to uncertainty across the organization. While the company positions itself as a fintech with ambitious growth goals, many internal processes felt more aligned with those of a traditional financial institution. I found workflows and processes to be cumbersome and difficult to scale efficiently. Day-to-day work is often highly reactive and process driven. I also experienced a significant amount of oversight and micromanagement, resulting in a job that gave me very low autonomy. In my experience, there was also an expectation of being available outside of normal working hours, despite already being in office for 10+ hours per day.
