Pros

Fast paced, Good events, Good benefits

Cons

Was targeted for a direct hire position that wasn’t posted in careers, to recruit me away from a prestigious company. They presented a really good offer and TC. I was shown the office, C Suite execs, and the workplace. Which looked very promising. Upon coming into the organization, I experienced very poor communication across different teams, poor management in IT that led to major communication roadblocks and battles. Also a very lacking security executive who was not very knowledgeable in his own domains. As fast as they hire, they do fire. I’ve seen PIPs get handed out with no prior negative feedback, then when meet all goals and manage to beat it, they will extend to be able to fire you for any other issues that may occur. Things I’ve seen and experienced are as follows: - Discrimination - Favoritism - Lack of direction - Lack of empathy - Poor work life balance (they expect 4 days in office, 9 hour shifts) - Poor communication with cross functional teams

Pros

Great leadership, incredible colleagues and great vision

Cons

Not really much, probably not the right fit if you are trying to pass days/do the same work without trying to innovate, learn, and grow.

Pros

$17 daily DoorDash credit. Free food in the pantry.

Cons

I joined the company before the planned IPO during a period of high optimism and strong morale. However, following the withdrawal of the IPO, I observed a noticeable decline in culture, employee morale, and clarity of direction. In my experience, there was a lack of visible leadership and communication at a time when employees were looking for guidance, which contributed to uncertainty across the organization. While the company positions itself as a fintech with ambitious growth goals, many internal processes felt more aligned with those of a traditional financial institution. I found workflows and processes to be cumbersome and difficult to scale efficiently. Day-to-day work is often highly reactive and process driven. I also experienced a significant amount of oversight and micromanagement, resulting in a job that gave me very low autonomy. In my experience, there was also an expectation of being available outside of normal working hours, despite already being in office for 10+ hours per day.
