Pros

Great leadership, incredible colleagues and great vision

Cons

Not really much, probably not the right fit if you are trying to pass days/do the same work without trying to innovate, learn, and grow.

Pros

$17 daily DoorDash credit. Free food in the pantry.

Cons

I joined the company before the planned IPO during a period of high optimism and strong morale. However, following the withdrawal of the IPO, I observed a noticeable decline in culture, employee morale, and clarity of direction. In my experience, there was a lack of visible leadership and communication at a time when employees were looking for guidance, which contributed to uncertainty across the organization. While the company positions itself as a fintech with ambitious growth goals, many internal processes felt more aligned with those of a traditional financial institution. I found workflows and processes to be cumbersome and difficult to scale efficiently. Day-to-day work is often highly reactive and process driven. I also experienced a significant amount of oversight and micromanagement, resulting in a job that gave me very low autonomy. In my experience, there was also an expectation of being available outside of normal working hours, despite already being in office for 10+ hours per day.
