Pros
> Salary is good if you hit your monthly quota (OTE) > Management cares about you if you're a top performer > Company gatherings are fun, and the sales team is full of good people. > The company has great EDI & API technology. > With the proper acquisitions via their private equity partner, they will continue to grow, unless Mulesoft develops an equally good any-to-any translation technology. Mulesoft is their biggest threat to becoming irrelevant.
Cons
>Monthly quota is extremely difficult to achieve, so you won't make more than 50k most likely. > The company is quick to put you on a performance improvement plan (PiP), even if you're performing pretty well. They'll do it to prove a point. > You're expected to make high volumes of sales calls (80 calls means you're a good SDR) > You must play office politics or you won't move up. Impress the right people and they'll play favorite and "help" you meet quota.
