best engineering onboarding process i’ve ever seen! -rotate between three teams & pick your favorite -mentors are super helpful -great documentation & internal tools -superb management overall a very well run org that makes it super easy for new engineers to come up to speed!

Cons

culture is cliquish, and it’s hard to make friends. they have many social events but it’s the same group of people at all of them & new people don’t feel very welcome
