Pros
Amazing office environment. Awesome catered lunch, dinner and on occasion breakfast. Your input is actually heard and matters so it truly makes you feel as though you are a part of the mission of bringing much needed tech to school districts.
Cons
I found some mid-managers to be somewhat frat-like. It would be glaringly obvious that they only wanted to socialize or associate themselves with specific individuals. Surely this can be experienced at any company but it was just so contrary to the companies culture as a whole. As a new employee looking to learn from the verterans, I found this to be very unprofessional and at times insulting.
