Mission-driven organization that actually makes a difference in the lives of students and teachers. Really smart, collaborative, thoughtful, enthusiastic, and funky team that I genuinely enjoy problem-solving, karaoke-ing, and hanging out with Transparent leadership Lots of autonomy for employees

Cons

Lots of open roles means that lots of people are doing more than just their role (good for understanding what's going on across the org, but can be hard for prioritization)
