Incredible people led by incompetent management - Operations Clinc Employee Review

The leadership at Clinc is unfortunately abysmal. There is little to no direction and poor decision-making is driving the company into the ground. I wish that this were not the case. The overall sentiment within this company is similar and most employees are planning to jump ship when presented with the opportunity.
