Pros
Love the classes and learning about the products. Very professional. The job can be very rewarding and fun.
Cons
The executive management can be greatly improved. Never answer phone calls or return emails. Visit the store maybe once a year then want to tell you how to run the counter when they never communicate with you. No room for advancement because they go by a over the phone "talent plus" interview. With someone not even associated with Clinique just a hiring service which I think is ridiculous.
