Free product, frequent training, good products, lucky to work with seasoned professionals with very little drama, good product philosophy, lots of training materials provided
Cons
Retail hours (to be expected). Being on your feet all day on concrete floors, incredible high pressure to make sales goals, item per transaction goal, average expendable sale goals. havingt balance dealing with the retailer and the brand managers. You'rebasically expendable. No chance of promotion unless upper management likes you. Not enough coverage on the sales floor. You get sick of the restrictive dress code. Not enough help with gift with purchase. Extremely demanding for the pay.
