      very good allocation, nice uniform, lots of training

      Cons

      lots of pressure to hit target, not really focused on customer care its all about the money i'm afraid! Some of the trainers for the clinique training pressurise and pick on consultants that don't like to speak out at training

      - Manager and team was always willing to help out - Discount at the company store - Casual environment

      Cons

      No cons but I wished I managed my time better and knew that I could coffee chat anyone.
