Great place to learn but stress is high and pay is low - Anonymous employee Clinique Employee Review

The pay was barely above minimum wage but you could make a decent amount of commission during gift. Too much stress for too little pay compared to other cosmetic counters/companies. Our goal was double most counters and I felt like they set the entire team up for failure considering business was going down.
