Co workers constantly gossiping about other employees, Drama at the work place, very stressful trying to reach your sales goal when you work with vultures willing to cheat, and steal just to obtain their own goal, no sense of team work, lack of leadership, very phony upper management who will tell you anything to pacify you. Most of the employees know nothing about actual skincare only what they have been brainwashed to believe. If the counter clique does not like you they will make your life miserable.
