Pros
Hurly wage plus small commission. Very hands on, give make overs, can develop good customer base if you are good at sales and enjoy it. Keeps up with current skin care and makeup, but also carries the products they became known for. Good training. If you have a positive manager and district manager the job can be very enjoyable.
Cons
If it's slow the girls can be very aggressive trying to get sales. All female environment which at times can be hard if you aren't good at getting Along with an all female cast. You have a quota & if there's no store traffic it can be stressful. You can't create sales if there's no traffic in a department store.
