Cons
-Lab coats are HUGE on petite gals like myself. -Inconsistent hours. Feast or famine. -Communication as an AC can be sparse. -Consultant education is not near as strong as that which is provided when you work at counter. There are less classes, etc for the AC. I have worked both at counter and as an AC. Having phone conferences aren't sufficient. -Company is growing a bit cheap with employees. They used to spoil us rotten with goodies for rocking presale/ gwp, etc and now we're lucky if we can go to class. -expectations can be quite high.
