-Fun, upbeat atmosphere -Big team -Engaging job that allows you to feel empowered as a skin care educator. -Relatively "easy" if you are comfortable with sales -Products you can trust and believe it make it easier to sell because of its well known name and abilities.
Cons
-High expectations for low reward: commission is 3% and hourly is wack. Gift With Purchase is a great time to make better commission but otherwise you have to work really hard at building your client relationships and effectively close sales.-Intense execs who will question your numbers and be in usually weekly, pressure to perform, if your store goal is met- then they are on you for your stretch, or beauty event bookings or "averaged hourly sale" basically always something- sometimes feel like your efforts are not enough
