Good products bad management - Cosmetics Counter Manager Clinique Employee Review

The executive Estee management team is a mess and leads to high turnover rates in the store level because most people didn't like working with them. I had 3 different business managers in 5 years. They created redundant work as if we don't have access to technology. E.g. Manually write the sales for the day in DBR, then print the actual sales from system the next morning, then update the written DBR, just to print the actual at the weeks end.
