Targets are so high you can never achieve them so you can't get your commision. I've been by myself since Christmas (did Christmas by myself in retail bringing almost 75k into the business with no thank you or bonus). Its an absolute joke of a company to work for. Would avoid at any cost unless you want to work until exhaustion, be paid poorly and be taken as a mug with no support whatsoever.
