Pros
Loved the products, free gifts to try out new products. Estee Lauder (the parent company) rewarded us generously with a gratis twice a year. And loved how they always kept us educated in any new products not just by getting it in store but actually going up to corporate for educational classes to gain the skills and knowledge to then use in your store.
Cons
Sometimes you have to deal with catty people in the retail environment. Sometimes we'd get a district manager who was from corporate office who was just out of touch since they were more focused on the Estee Lauder cosmetic counters rather than Clinique. (But not all thankfully)
