Pros

1. Exposure to projects and technical work. 2. Some colleagues are supportive and collaborative.

Cons

Lack of confidentiality in Finance - The finance team is highly unprofessional, openly discussing and revealing employees’ salaries, which creates unnecessary conflicts and an insecure work environment. Untrained Managers: People management is very poor. Managers focus only on technical or project-related aspects and lack the necessary training to manage teams effectively. Employee well-being, growth, and support are ignored. Partiality and lack of recognition: There is clear favoritism within teams. Hardworking and consistent employees are not recognized, while others receive undue attention. This leads to low morale and a toxic environment.

Pros

Recruitment Assistant Manager has been extremely supportive and helpful. Without her guidance, I cannot imagine how I would have achieved my goals and survived. The SFMC, SFCC, Mulesoft, and Sales teams have also been very supportive. Whenever there were requirements or challenges, they were always willing to step in, assist, and help drive closure effectively. Overall, my experience working with both my manager and the team has been very positive and collaborative.

Cons

*PF (Provident Fund) contributions were not credited on a regular monthly basis. Typically, updates were shared every 2–3 months, but there was a significant delay of around 10–12 months, which needs attention. *Employee engagement activities are not managed effectively and require improvement. *As the company is service-based, requirements often move slowly and may suddenly go on hold or get dropped. *Observed that communication skills and internal references sometimes influence selection decisions more than other factors. *Candidates with management or employee referrals tend to have higher chances of selection and expectation fulfillment. *Referrals are valuable, but candidates should be considered only if they meet job requirements and clear interviews with good communication skills. Recruitment team involvement appears limited; there is a perception of reduced voice or influence in hiring decisions which I have noticed
