Pros

-Start-up culture is fun to be a part of. Andrew & Spencer are great co-founders that are fun to work for. -Really cool product that is only going to expand into its own category -Everyone was really nice and you seemed to know everybody at the company - This is a great company to work for OTHER than the sales org

Cons

- DO NOT JOIN THE SALES TEAM. I should have taken these glassdoor reviews more seriously before accepting employment here. Leaders care more about what they call "PD's" (pipeline drivers) more than actually closing business. They won't care how much closed business if you haven't sent 30 emails. - This company tends to hire great salespeople, Have them ramp and start to gain confidence just to fire them early on for not much reason. This has happened to 3+ reps I have spoken to that worked here previously that I was not completely aware of. -When "severance" was offered when they unexpectedly fired reps. It was always offered with "Now don't go talk bad about us on LinkedIn". Essentially trying to buy off the bad reputation they have already earned with severance. -Please read all of the reviews on here before making a hiring decision to join this company!

We always appreciate and value critical feedback. If there's more to this feedback, please reach out to me personally. I'd love to dig deeper. We want to be known for building and developing a world-class sales team, and know we have a few areas where we can improve. For example, we recently made some changes to our sales leadership team that we're excited about. Thanks for the feedback. I hope to hear from you. -AP

Pros

Great team, fun culture, and very engaging work. You are directly contributing to client strategy and get to work directly with c-level contacts regularly with some of your customers

Cons

Complex role with a lot of moving parts. Like many CSM jobs it can be hard to influence outcomes with some difficult clients

Pros

They hire amazing people. I met the best and brightest people and worked alongside them.

Cons

The program management role at Clozd is incredibly challenging. The team's leadership is a significant pain point. The department is led by a micromanager whose approach relies more on fear than on building others up. While he is a genuinely wonderful person on a personal level, his lack of trust in his employees severely limits his ability to recognize and develop the greatness within his team. Also, the way the leadership handles employee transitions is highly concerning. Once an employee has run their course or decides to move on, they are treated like dead weight or outcasts. This lack of respect, combined with heavy workloads, high stress, and constant uncontrollable variables, has resulted in severe team burnout. The team's morale is significantly affected by the poor treatment of departing colleagues.
