AVOID!!!! WORST DECISIONS YOU WILL EVER MAKE!!

Not been paid for hours worked Told to stay on at work for FREE Told you have yo come in to work High staff turn over Shortage of staff Only two members of staff on at one time No breaks Not enough hours in budget No consistently Bully managers Expected to do the work of three people Told what you want to hear Threatened with you job daily Patronized by management Job security Ignored by management/ area managers You're disposable Poor customer service No respect (NONE AT ALL) No training (citrus training a load of crap) Nothing works ie tills crash don't believe me get a job at you're local Co op and see for yourself (if you're local store hasn't been sold)

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
