Pros

Enjoyable staff and support and training system.

Cons

Some times work is quite intensive and the back and forth can be quite a lot especially with a store full of customers between delivery and closing time.

Thank you so much for your kind words about your colleagues and your appreciation of the training you received in store. Working in our store as a Customer Team Member can be varied and you'll find that during the day you'll need to be able to adjust your priorities based on how busy the store gets with customers. All of our store team support each other to make sure tasks get accomplished throughout the day.

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
