Pros
The atmosphere is loose and fun, but Cobb manages to keep a focus on productivity at the same time. It's the people that make this place truly great, though. The people here are supportive, welcoming, and very helpful. I have had 7 other jobs and this is by far the best of them. I enjoy the work I do, and not many people can say the same. I also love the mix of mentalities here. There is a lot of the "old-school" methods but the company is always adopting "new-school" ideas and looking for ways to do things better.
Cons
This is only a con depending on how you look at it - there is a lot of work. Regardless of position, your days will be FULL. I don't personally view this as a con, but some might.
