Pros
Cobb is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone has the ability to offer input for ways to improve the culture. There is an open-door policy that allows employees to approach senior leaders and fosters a sense of trust which is the hallmark of our core values. Cobb recognizes the importance of giving back to the community and not only do we have our own Non-Profit for giving back but we are actively encouraged to find non-profits to volunteer hours either during work hours or after. I am truly grateful to be part of this organization, and I look forward to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead for our team.
Cons
As with all companies; communication can be improved on. With 6 locations information is not always disseminated in an efficient manner but all in all not a huge issue.
