Great people to work with all around. There seems to be a worker focused culture which aids in future prospects.

Cons

Pay is low, company runs lean, you need a corporate position to feel as though you have any sway. Even then it is difficult.

- solid team in NA

Cons

- Company operates in bad faith - Has no intention of hiring contract workers to FTE - Home office in Italy will withhold info. - Carrot on a stick - Home office in Italy will make decisions that benefit them and will throw the other divisions and locations under the bus to benefit them the most - Will make changes to systems and processes without any prior notifications done to the local teams that these impact. - They will string you along under the pretense "conversion to FTE is coming" but this is 100% a lie - Do not work here ever. You are better off flipping burgers or working at a grocery store.
