You would become mentally sick after working here for few months only with third class typical managers who feels themselves as god for their subordinates. Keep head down and working. Don't utter any words otherwise you would be thrown out. You need to be always in scary situation and on mercy of your third class managers.There is a proverb "Indians are not good managers". You would find it true here. Your manager would only come to you when there is escalation and to scold you. They don't bother about you until you are milking money for them or you are of no use for them. HR is just for namesake here spineless. Managers are god here.Manager would make sure that you are not reaching to upper management otherwise loose job.
