Company really stands behind you to prepare and pass certification exams. There is a lot of collaboration as far as being able to go to others for help on issues you run into with software.

Placement on assignments sometimes doesn't make sense. There were very few hours allocated by application (e.g. Asset Management or the like) per week. You need to manage 3 to 4 clients successfully to hit bonus goals. That may just be the general reality with cloud based software
