Pros

A steady paycheck even though not compensated fairly. There really are no more. This place is horrifying. Ask anyone there but they won't have courage to tell the truth.

Cons

Management. Period. If you go to upper management to complain about your direct supervisor, it will not be in confidence. Nothing will be done to resolve the issues either. Everything will be told to your direct supervisor and you will be degraded and treated badly to the point of wanting to quit or they will fire you. No one has anything positive to say about the working conditions there and the staff are treated like peons. Staff is not compensated fairly. The only folks happy with their jobs are management.
