At the Colorado VNA, we are disheartened when an employee leaves and we have not had the opportunity to hear about issues. This last year the RVNA (Greeley/ Fort Collins) and Denver offices merged, our intention through the merger is to offer enhanced healthcare services through larger geography and training for our patients, employees and the community. This last year - we have earned 4.5 star rating from CMS, an ongoing goal, which measures quality patient care. Our management and education team continually upgrade processes to support the field in providing quality patient care. Appreciate your insight - and receive the criticism very seriously.
