Our Orientation is structured to be as long as three months - to ensure the clinician is prepared in the field to handle patient care as well as ongoing training. We hired individuals who want to provide the best in patient care and are confident to provide healthcare services on a one to one basis. We also provide strong management, technical and triage support to our clinicians in the field. As a 127 + year old non profit - we have grown to 500 + employees with a service area from Pueblo to the Colorado State line. We hire clinicians for full time salaried positions – 40 hours (as well as per visit) and given the nature of our business we ensure that our documentation follows guidelines of several governing agencies. We continue to hire because of the heightened demands of the healthcare industry. The number of visits that the CVNA handles is amazing and we look forward to continuing our expanded growth.
