Pros

Supporting the amazing nurses, therapists and personal care workers who really care about their patients/clients.

Cons

Hostile work environment - many bullies who are not reprimanded for their awful behavior towards their coworkers. If you speak up, you'll be on your way out the door. Can't believe that upper management allows this crap to go on. You can tell them until you're blue in the face, but nothing will be done to resolve the problems - it just goes in one ear and out the other. I don't think they would even care if everyone quit at once - they'd still be in denial.

Appreciate your insight - I am also amazed everyday by our nurses, therapists and caregivers - our strength lies in the commitment to patient care! We have a mandate to continually improve our “employee experience”. The CVNA staff and employees are central to the success of our organization. Your comments are taken very seriously in our improvement process. Again, appreciate the time you took to share.
