Pros
It is changing and evolving to the modern time period. It's also growing as a company. I believe we will start seeing some larger patient acquisition, donors, company growth. It is neat to think that I am a part of company that has so much potential.
Cons
Sometimes processes are not in place as this company grows, so there's a bit of inventing these processes which takes away from other core focus areas.
