Pros

Friendly, professional team environment, expectation of what is required of ones duties are clearly communicated with a limited degree of micro management which allows the employee to work at their own individual pace to do their best.

Cons

HCHB billing software can be cumbersome at times. Salary is a bit low in comparison to the States high cost of living.

Thank you for your insight. We have invested in HCHB for our software because of its focus on the home health industry, hopefully it will become more user friendly as time goes on. Understand that our compensation may not be at the top of the market, as a not for profit we are careful that wages and years of service competitive.
