Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, community setting It was a great first job as an RN but then again, I didn't know what I was missing.

Cons

Very poorly organized and managed; hourly rate not competitive with market. The closer I got to advancing in my department, the more I realized how unorganized and unstructured things really were

The Colorado VNA appreciates the three years that you worked in the Wellness Division. The Wellness Division provides Foot Care 150 clinics across the Front Range as well Flu Clinics.
