Terrible place to work. Management does alot of yelling and getting into your face. Upper management either particaptes in this bad behavior of the other employees or they over look it. There is no common sense at all and managers are allowed to run a muck, be abusive and hostile, they create their own rules even if they violate labor laws, they think because they are non-profit they can do this as well as use that as an excuse to not pay you a decent wage. Others got promotional positions not because they are qualified but because they are brown nosers-big time. This is a very hostile and abusive enviornment. I find it funny how the brown nosers are getting on this sight to try and make things look better, but beware, its the same people that are writting those wonderful reviews trying to raise their rating that will make your life hell. Don't be fooled by the "great" reviews-they are not true.
