Amazing leadership and newer CEO in place has made very positive changes to the organization and lots of exciting growth. A culture of transparency. Very ethical organization with a high degree of integrity and top management support. A positive mission lived every day that truly helps our community and clients. Focus on quality care and outcomes that exceed our competitors. A 4 star agency, proud to be apart of.

Cons

Technologies had been antiquated and have needed updated for a long time, The VNA is moving in the right direction with new improvements and investing in technology for all clinicians. This is good news for all employees.
