Great flexibility and variety of procedures

Scheduling can be a bit inflexible, as appointments are made 2 months out

Good health benefits and most facilities are in good condition.

Highly educated and skilled employees are treated like cogs in a wheel. Decisions are made by management without considering valuable input from employees doing the work. Lip service is paid to our mission and values, but this is not modeled by the way employees are treated. Unstable, impulsive, and hostile individuals are given leadership authority and attempts to hold them accountable are dismissed and retaliated against.
