Pros

Decent pay, Perdiem sometimes that’s it that’s it

Cons

I worked and rode and lived out of town with 4 guys and they were close family that I knew for years. One of them did not like me for who knows why and would do anything he could to get me in trouble and eventually got me fired. Oh and the last job I was on it was an18 hour day from the time I left the house till I got back 3am to 8 pm

Not really any at all

Cons

They start most with low hourly rate. If you know the right people or can charm them enough you get more. They don't want you talking about pay with each other which is federally illegal to prevent. They'll work you very long hours and they don't take safety seriously unless the safety director is near.
