Pros
Comfy is an amazing company to work for. people are super collboarative and very open minded. You can pretty much disagree with anyone and everyone including the leadership and express yourself without having the fear of getting fired as long as you have data to support what you are saying and it make sense. Additionally, there are so many opportunities to learn and grow that being coupled with meritocracy running in everybody's blood and sweat. people are genuine and they have genuine conversations with you over how can we make the company head in the right direction. There's really a diversity in terms of everything culture, work ethics, opinions etc. I've disagreed with the Chief Product Officer let alone be my boss on several different occasions when I knew I was right, at the same time I was also corrected when I was wrong about something. People for the most part really understand where you are coming from and they value your input as opposed to just making you another cog in the wheel. perks and more holidays continue to exists
Cons
Like any other growth stage start up, we are having pains of under-staffing and hiring. We need more people as we have a lot to do and we have the potential to put a dent in the universe by making the world a better place. Sometimes it gets to a point where you feel burnt out, however you can work out with your manager to take a day off if you want to and no1 lireally no1 will never say no. The company have some moderate transportation benefits that can potentially increase as well and can also consider offering some more perks to retain existing employees beyond just the regular bonus and internet stipeend
