Decent pay with lowered expectations/pressure. A number of sharp people trying to do a good job. All the technical training you can handle.

Cons

Senior management is too focused on their own quality-of-life. No long-term planning, little emphasis on company improvement or problem identification.

One of Best Places to Work in Hawaii, great office environment

Cons

While having offices across country, it could be difficult to connect with counterparts when needed for national opportunities.

Try to treat employees well. Pay is decent. Company condo.

Cons

Little communication about goals. Planning is non-existent. Many small regular crises that require employee pay cuts. No profits to share.
