      Honestly can’t think of one pro.

      Cons

      Bad management. No support. Poor compensation. Bad work environment. Work doesn’t end after you clock out, you have work each day at home that you are not paid to complete. Avoid this company. Supervisors are not helpful, and the CEO doesn’t care about employees at all. Other agencies pay significantly more for the same position, do your research and avoid this company at all cost! Insanely high turnover rate.

      Positive and cohesive work environment, great feedback from supervisors, good PTO accrual

      Cons

      Client resistance to treatment, but this is handled well with team meetings and interagency collaborations.
