Pay People, That's It. - Youth Development Coordinator Communities In Schools Employee Review

After 3 years... I was making $40,000 (that was my salary when I left) WITH a masters degree in a city that has a steadily increasing cost of living that has been going up for years. Unfortunately, until CIS Charlotte can pay people more, they'll continue to lose good talent. Since I've left, I know about 15 other people who have done the same for the same reasons. If not for the very UNcompetitve salary, I would give Communities in Schools 5 stars, but because pay is a very important part of people's livelihoods, I have to give 'em a 3.
