Pros
CIS did a great job of meeting my needs. I was a part of a great program and school which allowed me to be fulfilled in making a big impact on the community. The corporate staff was always understanding, the leaders led with humility and they always helped me solve complex problems. Staff was always willing to help with whatever problem, even if it meant sacrificing their own time outside of work hours. I was surrounded by people who loved their job.
Cons
Many of the students needs meant working outside of typical hours. Pay was lower than expectations, but I absolutely loved what I did.
