Pros

Only pro is the time off and helping families

Cons

Let’s stop pretending. This company is toxic—and it’s not a secret. Everyone feels it. Everyone talks about it in hushed tones, behind closed doors, in side chats. The culture here isn’t just broken. It’s corrosive. Leadership doesn’t care about people. They care about numbers, optics, and control. You don’t get support—you get micromanaged. You don’t get guidance—you get blamed when things go sideways. Accountability only flows one way: downward. They say they value their employees, but their actions prove otherwise. Overloaded schedules. Unrealistic demands. No recognition. No backup. You’re expected to give 110% every day with zero room to breathe. If you break, they replace you. If you speak up, they silence you. If you need help, you’re seen as weak. Toxic companies love to sell a “we’re a family” narrative—until you need actual support. Then it’s every person for themselves. You’re not allowed to have boundaries. You’re guilt-tripped for using PTO. You’re punished for being human. And worst of all, you’re made to feel like you’re lucky to even have a job. This isn’t professional. This isn’t sustainable. And it sure as hell isn’t leadership. So here’s the truth: the problem isn’t the workers. The problem is a company that demands everything and gives nothing. That burns people out and then blames them for the fire. We see it. We feel it. And we’re done staying silent.
