Pros
It was close. And there were some good people. It used to be fun to work there, and then management lost any sense of what to do other than rip the place off. There was a Starbucks right behind the building, and you could get some tasty lattes there - or track down half of the IT department at any given moment.
Cons
The management was the worst. No consistent direction. No strategic thought. No understanding of what customers wanted or how to give it to them. A total boondoggle for the senior management. No desire to keep people worth keeping. It was like trying to staff a prison.
