The management provide a flexible schedule to individuals that performed. I'm not sure how the new Compusa work atmosphere is in relation to old. Opportunity for advancement was available -the following comments are from the pre-liquidation Compusa

Organization and communication from corporate level was below par. This may have been a last attempt at restructuring before the company went into a liquidation phase. Work hours past closing was unnecessary certain times and more efficient ways could have closed the store.
