Pros

The company means well with the programs they offer and the populations they serve. There is always panera at meetings.

Cons

The left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. The company has grown too rapidly and saying there is lack of support or consistency in trainings or meetings is a massive understatement. The program reports to be implemented with clients (to be completed by management) are consistently late (by a MONTH or so) They are very hard to contact.

Pros

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.
