I have been working at Compass as an agent for almost three years. I am an agent with 15 years experience and there is no other real estate company that can compare to Compass. Let's start with the zero-tolerance policy for misbehavior, of any sort, no matter how big of a producer....ethics, moral and good behavior take precedence. They have the best in-house technology and tools with some of the smartest people/engineers/managers I have ever met. It is a help one another culture, whether staff, agent, president or CEO everyone supports each other.
