Pros
Good salary and awesome co workers… but it’s a game of survival as many co workers went behind one another to report benign behavior to mgmt knowing their was no system in place to adequately protect employees.
Cons
Mgmt was wildly inconsistent on how they approached safety and with how they treated employees (including workplace disputes). Infighting between was out in the open and highlighted the often contradictory, close minded and unfair treatment towards many employees and asst managers.
